What are the health benefits of drinking hot or warm water, if any?

I just want to know if there are any benefits to drinking warm or hot water, not scalding hot of course, but hot.

Are there any benefits to weight loss or other health aspects.

According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, you should drink water at room temp or slightly warm. As cold water is not so good for your stomach.

For better health benefits, try squeezing the juice from half an organic lemon into warm or hot water and drink it upon rising first thing in the morning.

Preferably to be drunk instead of tea and coffee. If you really can’t survive with your morning coffee, at least wait an hour after consuming the lemon/water before you have your first coffee.

Most professionals suggest drinking the lemon/water first thing on an empty stomach and then waiting at least one hour before eating or drinking anything else.

This is ok to do at weekend but a bit impractical during a working week 9 – 5 type job. In this instance, still drink it first thing, then go off and have a shower/prepare for your day, and then have brekkie.

Really helps to build up your immune system, especially during winter.

For weight loss, add a teaspoon of organic Apple Cider Vinegar (must be organic and must still contain the Mother – otherwise will be useless) to room temp water and drink 15 – 30 mins before a meal, helps to reduce your appetite.

ACV is not so great for your teeth, so make sure you rinse your mouth out with plain water after consuming.

What is the difference in health benefits between regular and organic/unfiltered apple cider vinegar?

I have started drinking apple cider vinegar daily in order to increase my health and drop a couple of pounds but I bought filtered apple cider vinegar. I think it is walmart brand but that was all they had. I plan on going out to buy organic ACV after i finish this small bottle. Am I drinking this filtered ACV for nothing or does it still have the same health benefits as organic ACV?

Most ACV that is not organic is Apple Cider FLAVORED vinegar and is not a true fermented product but rather the result of a industrial chemical process (just look at the label-all store brand and Heinz ACV are a mix of grain vinegar and AC flavoring)

The organic Apple cider vinegars are produced through natural fermentation and use actual apple cider to make the vinegar.

So yes, big differences between the two
